Revised Audit Act

We are pleased to announce that a layman’s draft of the revised Audit Act has been completed. Some of the new provisions will be included in the revised Constitution of Montserrat. We are currently awaiting acceptance of these provisions from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Government of Montserrat. We hope that these will be finalized once Constitutional talks resume later this year..
